Time to Market and Pricing

Our service model ensures swift time to market which is typically four to six months. This timeframe reflects the convergence of best deployment practices while recognizing client needs to achieve a rapid and measurable return on investment.

We don't surprise our clients with hidden fees, nor go over budget. Our overall platform pricing including the initial implementation is based on several factors as follows:

  • - Third-party integrations
  • - Number and type of integrations
  • - Depth of work and risk of integration
  • - Level of dependence on third parties
  • - Overall project scope and use of various modules within the e-commerce platform, such as customer relationship management, content management, micro sites, fulfillment systems
  • - Clarify how the platform will be configured and customized to determine the expected number of hours of work required for launch
  • - Data migration
  • - Review sample of data to determine how clean it is
  • - Number of historical transactions and traffic - both average and peak
  • - Determines capacity levels
  • - Number of domains centrally controlled.
  • - Variance amongst these domains.
  • - Time for client services
  • - Number of development hours included on a monthly basis
  • - Platform and administrative maintenance
  • - Ongoing client support, training and documentation

Monthly Service Fees include:

  • - Full use of e-commerce platform
  • - Pre-determined number of hours per month to address:
  • - Platform upgrades
  • - Feature development and enhancements
  • - Platform maintenance
  • - Client support, administration
  • - Training and documentation
  • - Unlimited assistance, assessment, and recommendations with industry best practices and partnerships for:
  • - Graphic design, animation and branding
  • - User experience
  • - Inventory management
  • - Email list management and email retention marketing
  • - Web Site marketing and promotions
  • - Strategic planning and analysis

Per transaction payment processing fees are additional - never higher than the suggested resell rates (equal to or less than $0.20 per transaction). There are two alternative payment options:

1. An upfront payment and lower monthly fee. Upfront payment is divided between contract execution, and client signoff on interim deliverables. The monthly service fee begins when the Web Site is capable of going live.

2. A Monthly service fee commences upon contract signature. A mutually agreeable timeline is defined whereby any Acadaca delays will result in postponement of payments due from client.
