Guided Navigation is included in the platform and is a technique using advanced search results to drill down into product selections based on product type, brand, category, and price. It represents the convergence of sophisticated search and merchandising technologies to help the customers find exactly what they are looking for easily and quickly by creating and listing links showing the number of items in the sub-category. This technique has been demonstrated to improve customer satisfaction, average size of orders, and conversation rates.

Dynamic filtering allows customers to narrow down product selection by product attributes including brand, category, size, color, etc. These filters are linked to inventory levels in order to prevent customers seeing results for a product that is sold out, unless there is a back order feature. The filtering is seamless and uses AJAX, thus is very fast without requiring the page to refresh upon selection.
