Acadaca's eCommerce solution was built to assure that fulfillment of orders is done with minimal human interaction. The system can be set to automatically:

  • Create Work Orders, Pro Formas, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, and Shipping Labels.
  • Send optional automatic email/fax and/or printing of the transactions listed above.
  • Email customers an Invoice for their order (with tracking information).
  • Email customers a thank you note for doing business with your company.
  • Create a customer record with all activity history and pertinent information.
  • Verify credit card orders via Authorize.net and debit your merchant account.
  • Accept multiple payment methods. (Purchase Order, Online Check, Credit Card, Paypal)

Levels of approval can be set to meet your company's internal procedures and assure that orders are verified prior to being processed.

The order fulfillment systems have the following attributes:

  • Integration -- Order processing capabilities include the ability to tie in to virtually any existing backend or 3rd party system for real-time inventory/stock management, AR/AP, shipping calculators, etc.
  • Order Processing -- The system can generate event-driven, selective auto-emails for order confirmations, successful or unsuccessful processing, product recommendations, product out-of-stock/backorder/now in-stock notifications, etc. YAZ can tie in with any credit processing gateway for real-time or batched processing. Both on and off-line orders can be processed thru the system. Orders can also be communicated automatically to any 3rd party systems for processing. Invoices, Purchase Orders, Packaging Slips, etc can be automatically generated and distributed via email or fax.
  • Order Tracking -- Shipping information can be collected and automatically displayed on the web site for real-time customer lookups.
  • Reporting -- System can create customizable reports for sales information, category/brand profitability, etc.
