Lead and Customer Management

Our technology platform offers all of the standard CRM capabilities:

  • Lead Consolidation, Categorization, and Assignment - Leads from the phone or web site(s) can be tagged based upon their origin and centrally collected, assigned, notes added, and followed up. Both on and off-line leads can be entered. Leads can be turned into customers without any duplicate entry.
  • Interaction History -- System keeps track of all previous interactions for any lead and/or customer.
  • Reminders -- Reminders can be set to prompt sales or customer service personnel to follow up certain leads, based upon their category, level of marked importance, time arrived, etc.
  • Search -- Simple and Advanced search features help to locate leads and customers in the system.
  • Real-Time "DashBoard" -- A user-specific, personalized "To-Do List" appears on the administrative interface to prompt/indicate to the user of items they need to do – respond to X number of new leads that have been assigned to them, etc. System can also indicate in real-time the total sales for that user, all users, etc.
  • Integration -- System can tie into ACT!, or similar Sale Force Automation software, if desired.
  • Reports -- System can create customizable reports for lead response time, closure rates, best-performing salesperson, etc.
